What Makes Our Products Unique
Pure, traditional processes that preserve nutritional integrity from the source to your home.
Ahinsak Hand Milking
We extract A2 milk from our Gir Cows using the ancient Indian practice of “dohan”. According to the Veda’s, “dohan” literally means letting the calf feed to its satisfaction from two “anchals”, while the remaining two are used to obtain milk for our consumption.
Made from Curd, not Cream
After boiling the milk, we turn it into rich wholesome curd overnight in an earthen pot. It takes about 30 litres of A2 milk to produce 1 litre of A2 Ghee.
Traditionally Wood Churned
The curd is hand churned using a bi-directional teak wood churner also called as bilona to produce delicious makkhan.
Slow Cooked on Cow Dung Cakes
This makkhan is then slow cooked in earthen pots over lighted cow dung cakes to produce this golden nectare called Ghee.
Packaged in Glass Jars
We purposely package our A2 Ghee in glass jars so that it doesn’t get contaminated as it would in plastic jars.
Using the Right Quality of Ghee
We use the highest quality Gir Cow A2 Bilona Ghee prepared at our own farm. For optimal results, it’s essential to use the right kind of ghee.
Washing Ghee with Water
We take ghee in a pure copper vessel and pour cold water over it. Then we wash this ghee by swirling the mixture gently, doing 100 rotations.
Straining the Water
Once 100 rotations are completed, we carefully skim off the water and then again pour fresh cold water. It is done to reduce the increased temperature caused by swirling and to remove the impurities.
Repeat Washing Process
We repeat steps 2 and 3 a hundred times, ensuring thorough washing of the ghee. This process reduces the particle size of the ghee making it easier to penetrate deeper into the skin. Result is a smooth and light weight cream.
Infusing with Potent Ingredients
In the end, to enhance the therapeutic value and the fragrance, we infuse Shat Dhaut Ghrit with pure sandalwood oil, rose essential oil and saffron.
Packaged in Glass Jars
This magical cream comes with an elegantly designed and sustainable packaging that is easy to carry and is also a perfect gifting option.
Seed Selection
We carefully procure the best quality seeds directly from organic farmers, ensuring they are 100% natural and chemical-free.
Cold Pressing
The seeds are gently crushed in a traditional wooden ghani at low temperature to preserve nutrients and natural aroma.
Natural Filtration
The extracted oil is filtered through a clean cloth or settled naturally, keeping it free from chemicals and additives.
Bottling & Storage
The pure oil is hygienically bottled in food-grade containers, sealed to maintain freshness and authenticity.
Ethical Collection
Colostrum is collected within the early post-calving window only after the calf has fed fully.
Gentle Pasteurisation
A controlled low-temperature cycle supports safety without harsh overheating.
Instant Deep Freezing
The liquid is rapidly frozen to lock in its natural structure and freshness.
Vacuum Freeze-Drying
Moisture leaves as vapour under vacuum, avoiding conventional high-heat drying.
Fine Milling and Sealing
The dry colostrum is milled gently and sealed in moisture-resistant glass packaging.

Bringing a culture of responsibility
We strive to use the best technology and resources in ways that are good for our planet. Here are a few things:
1. Regenerative Organic Farming
When it comes to growing quality food, ‘nourishing the soil that nourishes us’ is our first priority. We aim to put carbon back into the soil through regenerative organic farming.
2. Conscious Cattle Rearing
We are Gir Cow breeders first and a dairy farm later. Hence, no stone is left unturned to ensure that our cows are happy and healthy and that they get the best care possible.
3. Rainwater Harvesting
For us sustainability runs deep and wide. We have built a huge water reservoir having a capacity of 50 lakh litres to preserve and store rain water.
4. Each Drop Counts
All are veggies and fruits are grown using drip irrigation. This ensures minimal wastage of water and high precision supply.
5. Self Reliant for Fire Gas
We have installed a Bio-digester, having a capacity of 15 cu.mt. So, we don’t have to rely on any non-renewable source of energy.
