🌿 How to Use

Perfect for sautéing, frying, or baking. Use in traditional South Indian recipes, smoothies, or even as a substitute for butter.

Warm the oil slightly and use for daily body massage before bath to promote circulation, reduce stress, and detoxify the body.

Swish 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in your mouth for 5–10 minutes every morning before brushing to improve oral health and eliminate toxins.

Swish 1 tbsp on an empty stomach for 10–15 minutes to remove toxins, whiten teeth, and improve oral hygiene.
